3. Refund Eligibility
InsightBridge Consulting recognizes that certain circumstances may justify a refund, and thus offers financial remediation under strictly verified and documented cases. Refunds may be granted under the following situations:
- Duplicate payment or unintentional double transaction caused by technical or banking error, verified by transaction records.
- Non-delivery of service due to internal system malfunction, consultant unavailability, or unforeseen technical failure on the Company’s side.

4. Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date. The Client must provide:
- Full name and contact email associated with the order.
- Exact invoice or transaction identification number.
- A detailed explanation of the issue and supporting evidence, if applicable.
Upon receipt, InsightBridge Consulting will initiate a formal internal review, including verification of payment records, access logs, and correspondence. The Client will receive a written acknowledgment of receipt within two (2) business days, and a final resolution within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
If approved, the refund shall be processed through the original payment channel used by the Client, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
In cases of partial refunds or service credits, the Client may choose to apply the balance toward future consulting sessions or educational programs.
5. Rescheduling and Modifications
For consulting appointments, coaching engagements, or training sessions:
- The Client may reschedule an appointment by notifying the Company at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
- Failure to attend or cancel within this timeframe will result in the session being marked as completed, with no entitlement to refund or replacement.
- Should the Company need to reschedule, alternative time slots of equal or higher value will be offered promptly, without additional cost to the Client.
In certain cases, such as force majeure events (natural disasters, platform outages, or severe illness), both parties agree to maintain flexibility and act in good faith to ensure continued service delivery or rescheduling without penalty.
6. Quality and Satisfaction Review
InsightBridge Consulting is committed to maintaining excellence, accuracy, and ethical integrity in every engagement.
If the Client believes that a delivered service does not align with the agreed-upon scope, standards, or expectations, they may submit a formal Service Quality Review Request.
Upon evaluation, the Company may offer:
- Complimentary revisions or updates to a delivered report.
- An additional consultation or coaching session free of charge.
- A partial refund or service credit applicable to future engagements.
Refunds are considered a final measure after all reasonable attempts to resolve the issue collaboratively. This approach aligns with international best practices emphasizing constructive communication, trust, and long-term professional relationships between client and consultant.
7. Governing Law and International Cooperation
This Policy is governed by principles of international commercial law, including fairness, transparency, and mutual respect as defined in recognized conventions and cross-border service standards.
The Company operates under a neutral jurisdiction framework, ensuring all clients, regardless of country of residence, receive consistent and equitable treatment.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek amicable resolution through direct negotiation or third-party mediation before considering formal legal action.
InsightBridge Consulting reserves the right to determine the appropriate venue for legal proceedings based on contractual terms, client domicile, or applicable regional regulations.
Nothing in this Policy shall limit the Client’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their country of residence, where such laws provide mandatory guarantees or additional protection.
8. Final Provisions
By engaging with or purchasing from InsightBridge Consulting, the Client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of this Refund and Returns Policy.
This Policy forms an integral part of all service agreements, invoices, and digital transactions conducted by the Company.
